Looking for specific numbers?
Check the Value List page for a sourced snapshot of item values. This page is about something different: how trading actually happens and how to judge whether a deal is fair, since repeating the same value table here wouldn't add anything.
There's no official in-game trading documentation yet
We checked the game's Fandom wiki for a "Trading," "Trade System," or "How to Trade" page — all three exist as titles but have no written content yet. That means the exact in-game steps for completing a trade haven't been documented by an official or community source we could verify, and we're not going to invent them.
What is confirmed: trading happens on third-party platforms
Actual trade activity is visible on Traderie (traderie.com/gardentowerdefense), a third-party marketplace where real players post barter-style listings ("1x Item A for 1x Item B"), each with a username and date. This confirms which items are genuinely being traded, but Traderie doesn't display a standardized price, so it can't tell you an exact numeric value on its own — pair it with the Value List page's tracker data for that.
How to judge a fair trade
- Cross-check an item's value across more than one tracker site rather than trusting a single source — different community trackers can disagree, sometimes significantly.
- Confirm the item actually appears in real trade listings (not just a value-list entry) before trusting a quoted price.
- Be skeptical of a deal that only one side's source supports.
Unconfirmed
- The exact in-game steps for initiating and completing a trade (menu location, confirmation flow) — no documented source found yet.
- Whether the game or its official Discord publishes any anti-scam guidance.
